As well as offering individual lessons in Pilates, I also offer STRONG Nation personal coaching - individual sessions of HIIT training with simplified routines to allow more attention paid to technique and to push your limits while being realistic about your own capabilities. These can be taken individually or in pairs.
All individual sessions cost £55* and are booked on request. I normally reserve Wednesday afternoons for these sessions; however during school holidays I am available more often, so please contact me to request a time.
